RxSense is seeking a Health Plans General Manager to lead health plan client operations and drive growth. This executive role requires a blend of operational leadership and business development acumen. The Health Plans General Manager will oversee health plan client operations, ensuring seamless onboarding, integration, and long-term success. They will also drive growth through direct engagement with health plans, PBM consultants, brokers, and other key influencers. RxSense is recognized for delivering innovative solutions for pharmacy benefits and prescription savings. The company's platform brings transparency, flexibility, and efficiency to pharmacy benefit management.Responsibilities include:

• Serving as the executive sponsor for health plan clients.
• Overseeing all aspects of health plan operations, including benefit design, claims administration, and formulary strategy.
• Leading sales and marketing teams to develop and execute a targeted go-to-market strategy.
• Cultivating relationships with PBM consultants, brokers, and industry influencers.
• Overseeing account expansion and renewals.

Qualifications include:

• 10+ years of experience in pharmacy benefit management.
• Proven success driving go-to-market initiatives and sales enablement.
• Deep understanding of pharmacy benefit structures and regulatory frameworks.
• Established relationships with PBM consultants, brokers, or payers.
• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA, MPH, or PharmD preferred.
