Job Description

C6 Bank is seeking an ESG Analyst to join their team in São Paulo, Brazil. The Analyst will contribute to the bank's sustainability, social responsibility, and governance practices. This role involves developing and managing financial education projects, contributing to corporate social responsibility strategies, implementing actions for human rights, and managing sustainability indicators. The Analyst will also be responsible for the annual Sustainability Report and will act as a technical reference in internal and external forums.

• Developing and managing financial education projects
• Contributing to corporate social responsibility strategies
• Implementing actions for human rights
• Managing sustainability indicators
• Producing content and publications related to ESG
• Working with other areas of the bank to propose ESG solutions

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in relevant field
• Experience in ESG with emphasis on social and governance aspects
• Experience in social or impact project management
• Knowledge of regulations applicable to the financial sector
• Experience in preparing annual sustainability reports
• Familiarity with ESG reporting frameworks and metrics
• Critical thinking and analytical skills
• Strong communication skills
