Innovaccer is seeking a Manager-IT to lead and manage IT operations, ensuring timely support and a high-quality end-user experience. This role involves overseeing IT asset management, driving key IT projects, and acting as the primary communicator between IT and business stakeholders. The ideal candidate will align technology solutions with business objectives and enhance organizational efficiency.
Role involves:
- Reviewing IT service desk metrics and addressing high-priority incidents.
- Coordinating daily team stand-ups to discuss tasks and resolve roadblocks.
- Leading project meetings and tracking milestones.
- Engaging with stakeholders to understand technology needs.
- Managing IT asset inventories and overseeing procurement activities.
- Documenting progress and planning future tasks.
Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of ITIL frameworks and IT Service Management.
- Understanding of IT asset lifecycle management.
- Effective leadership and communication skills.
- Project management expertise.
- Proficiency in automation tools and business process optimization.
- Ability to lead diverse teams and manage competing priorities.
- Ability to translate technical concepts for business stakeholders.
- Minimum of 10+ years of experience in IT roles, including 7 years in managing Operations, asset management, and IT projects.
- Proven experience in delivering technology solutions and driving process improvements.
