Clipboard Health is seeking a Mid-Market Account Executive to drive business growth by introducing its product to new workplaces. This role involves the entire sales process, from prospecting to onboarding, requiring strong communication and a knack for getting things done. This is a hybrid role based in Las Vegas, with in-office work required 3 days a week.Clipboard Health aims to lift people up the socioeconomic ladder by improving lives through its app-based marketplace, connecting healthcare facilities and professionals. The company has been profitable since 2022 and fills millions of shifts annually across the US.
Responsibilities: - Run a full-cycle sales process, including prospecting, discovery calls, product demos, negotiating terms, and signing contracts.
- Clearly articulate the value proposition of Clipboard Health's products to clinical and non-clinical stakeholders.
- Establish credibility and trust with providers and healthcare executives.
- Test sales motions, pitches, and value props, providing feedback and recommending sales strategies.
- Capture feedback from prospects and share it with product teams.
Requirements: - Based in Las Vegas and able to work in-office 3 days/week.
- Sales experience strongly preferred.
- Bachelor's Degree.
- Familiarity with sales methodologies.
- Willingness to try new things and a lack of fear.
- Extreme Ownership, Curiosity, Scrappiness, and ability to thrive in a Fast-Paced environment.
