NEORIS, a Digital Accelerator, is seeking a Senior Data Engineer to join their team. With over 20 years of experience, NEORIS partners with major global companies, fostering a multicultural startup environment that values innovation and continuous learning. The Senior Data Engineer will be responsible for developing and optimizing data pipelines, implementing data governance structures, and creating scalable data solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and optimize data pipelines using Databricks and AWS.
• Implement and manage data governance structures with Unity Catalog.
• Create scalable solutions for data ingestion, transformation, and storage.
• Collaborate with business teams to translate functional requirements into technical solutions.
• Ensure data quality, security, and integrity.
• Improve the efficiency of ETL/ELT processes and data architecture.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Data Engineer.
• Advanced knowledge of Databricks and Apache Spark.
• Experience with Unity Catalog for data governance.
• Knowledge of SQL and Python for data manipulation and processing.
• Experience in creating and optimizing data pipelines.
• Ability to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements.
