Job Description

XP Inc., a major independent financial institution in Brazil, is seeking a Tech and Cyber Auditor to join their team. The auditor will be responsible for planning, executing, and finalizing audit work with stakeholders, ensuring the proper implementation of action plans, and following the company's risk methodology. This role involves working with software architecture, infrastructure architecture, IT governance, and software engineering scopes, assessing compliance with internal and external best practices.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and finalize internal audit work related to software architecture, infrastructure architecture, IT governance, and software engineering.
• Periodically monitor the implementation of action plans resulting from audits, ensuring compliance with recommendations and risk mitigation.
• Follow the company's risk methodology when performing audit work, identifying potential risks, and evaluating the effectiveness of implemented controls.
• Demonstrate analytical skills to identify opportunities for process improvement in the company's technology.
• Maintain effective communication with stakeholders.
• Stay updated on trends and best practices to ensure the company complies with the latest technological standards.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in internal or external audit in a technology environment.
• Knowledge in software architecture, infrastructure architecture, IT governance, and/or software engineering practices.
• Familiarity with risk methodologies, frameworks, and standards such as COBIT, ITIL, CISA, among others.
• Leadership, organization, and diligence in activities.
• Strong oral and written communication.
