Founda Health is seeking a Brand Strategist to define and execute a global brand strategy, strengthening Founda Health’s position in healthcare data ecosystem. Reporting to the CEO, the Brand Strategist will lead strategic initiatives in brand development, thought leadership, and brand positioning. This role focuses on elevating the Founda Health brand across all channels, driving strategic awareness, brand consistency, and market trust.

The Brand Strategist will collaborate with Product Marketing, HR, Sales, and Partnerships to craft compelling narratives and build meaningful connections with target audiences

Role Involves:

  • Defining and executing a global brand strategy that strengthens Founda Health’s position in the healthcare data ecosystem.
  • Creating brand guidelines, messaging frameworks, and identity systems that ensure consistency across all touchpoints and regions.
  • Leading localized brand initiatives that reflect regional market nuances while maintaining overall brand integrity.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in brand strategy in the healthcare or health-tech space, preferably B2B and SAAS.
  • Strategic thinker with a collaborative mindset and a passion for mission-driven work.
  • Strong background in brand performance management, analyzing and optimizing brand perception, engagement, and growth.
  • Exceptional storytelling and communication skills with the ability to adapt tone and message across diverse audiences and platforms.
  • Experience leading PR, content, and social media strategies that drive measurable awareness and reputation growth.
