Job Description

DLH Corporation is seeking Production Shipper/Packer candidates for its VA CMOP. In this role, the individual will be responsible for packing and shipping medical prescriptions for veterans. This is a full-time, first-shift position located in Murfreesboro, Tennessee. The role offers competitive hourly pay and a comprehensive benefits package.

Responsibilities include:
• Scanning prescription barcodes.
• Placing prescriptions into mailing envelopes or boxes.
• Adding patient refill documents and return address labels.
• Adding packing material to protect contents.
• Closing and sealing containers.
• Placing address labels and sending orders to the manifesting area.
• Maintaining stock and a clean work area.

Requirements:
• Minimum of 1 year of work experience.
• Previous experience as a cashier, dishwasher, packer, or assembly line worker is a plus.
• Must be a U.S. citizen or show proof of citizenship or legal residency.
• Must be 18 years old and a high school graduate or have a GED.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds, twist, and stoop.
• Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive motions.
• Ability to move stock and packages.
• Must be able to read and communicate in English.
• Understanding of container selection.
• Ability to take direction and meet production/accuracy standards.
• Ability to meet safety standards and required hours.
• Must be able to pass a Federal background check (no felony convictions) and drug screening.
