Marqeta is seeking a Part-Time Front Desk Specialist to manage the office requirements at their Oakland headquarters. This role is crucial for managing the office and providing support to employees and visitors. The ideal candidate will be a proactive and dependable professional.
Role involves:
- Welcoming visitors and employees, providing information and support.
- Addressing employee queries regarding office management.
- Participating in office operations, liaising with vendors, and coordinating deliveries.
- Coordinating with the IT department on office equipment.
- Ensuring familiarity with fire and emergency plans.
- Assisting with Tuesday lunch and occasional Happy Hour setup.
- Handling various projects and workplace experience requests.
- Participating in team meetings.
- Receiving incoming UPS, FedEx & USPS.

Marqeta offers:
- Part-time contract position for 12 months.
- 24 hours weekly, with 8-hour shifts on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.
