Job Description
Convera is seeking a Portfolio Sales Manager to drive revenue, retention, and growth within its SME customer portfolio in either Toronto or Montreal. This role involves engaging with existing customers, onboarding new clients, and promoting a self-service model through Convera's platform. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B sales and account management, preferably within the financial services or fintech industry. They will be responsible for achieving revenue targets, conducting account reviews, and utilizing data analytics to identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling.
Role involves:
- Achieving revenue targets through retention and growth.
- Executing outbound engagement using data to identify opportunities.
- Onboarding and nurturing new clients onto platforms.
- Promoting a self-service model to clients.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of B2B sales and account management experience.
- Fluency in English and French.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting sales targets.
- Experience with CRM systems and sales enablement tools.
