Wunderflats, a leading platform for flexible furnished housing in Germany, is seeking a Landlord Relationship Manager to manage relationships with Wunderflats Plus landlords. The role involves driving customer satisfaction, boosting loyalty, and maximizing landlord success within the end-to-end management rentals program. This position is crucial for the company's continued growth and success.

Role involves:
  • Managing landlords throughout their lifecycle with Wunderflats.
  • Rolling out and customizing services and solutions to meet landlord needs.
  • Collecting and translating landlord feedback into opportunities for Wunderflats.
  • Being accountable for the performance of a portion of the Wunderflats+ portfolio.

Requirements:
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer relations and partner management.
  • Strong interpersonal skills for building and maintaining relationships.
  • Proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Skills in working with data sets.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and German.
  • Knowledge of the real estate market is advantageous.
