Wunderflats, a leading platform for flexible furnished housing in Germany, is seeking a Landlord Relationship Manager to manage relationships with Wunderflats Plus landlords. The role involves driving customer satisfaction, boosting loyalty, and maximizing landlord success within the end-to-end management rentals program. This position is crucial for the company's continued growth and success.
Role involves:
- Managing landlords throughout their lifecycle with Wunderflats.
- Rolling out and customizing services and solutions to meet landlord needs.
- Collecting and translating landlord feedback into opportunities for Wunderflats.
- Being accountable for the performance of a portion of the Wunderflats+ portfolio.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer relations and partner management.
- Strong interpersonal skills for building and maintaining relationships.
- Proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Skills in working with data sets.
- Excellent communication skills in English and German.
- Knowledge of the real estate market is advantageous.
