Job Description

Vitta is seeking an Analyst of Benefits and Support to the Employee to join their team. Vitta is part of the Stone Co. Group and focuses on health and insurance. The role is based in Iracemápolis/SP, Brazil, on a hybrid work model. The Analyst will be responsible for:

• Handling operational processes such as registration, changes, and terminations.
• Answering questions about medical and dental plans.
• Interfacing with clients, HR, and the operator.
• Monitoring processes and ensuring operational routines are followed.
• Completing operational controls.

Requirements for the role include:

• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Basic knowledge of insurance rules (ANS).
• Knowledge of health, dental, and life insurance products.
• Proficiency in operational processes such as registration and customer service.
