• Perform detailed trade, position, and valuation reconciliation.
• Assist in trade capture for all products related to the firm’s activity.
• Field reconciliation-related inquiries from various teams.
• Daily P&L calculation and substantiation.
• Support trade management activities.
• Research and design analytical tools.
• Adopt and promote new technology.
• Provide experienced direction to teammates.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a detail-oriented role in financial markets.
• Experience with various financial instruments.
• High proficiency with MS Excel.
• Previous experience with SQL or VBA.
• Comfort working with software and technologists.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a quantitative field.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively or independently.
• Proven problem-solving and process improvement skills.
