Job Description
Ebury is seeking an FX Senior Head of Desk to lead a sales team in its Brussels office. This role involves fostering a positive and motivational culture, maintaining sales performance, and developing team members through coaching and training. The Head of Desk will develop sales strategies, manage customer relationships, and ensure adherence to company-wide sales processes.
Responsibilities include:
- Leading and mentoring a sales team
- Pitching and closing deals with prospective clients
- Managing customer relationships
- Providing accurate sales forecasts
- Implementing regional sales programs
- Recruiting and training new team members
The ideal candidate should have:
- A track record of sales management within FX or cross-border financial services
- Financial Services experience and a relevant network
- First-class communication skills
- Demonstrable ability to mentor and develop people
- Strong negotiation skills
- Fluency in English and native proficiency in Dutch and/or French
