Ebury, a leading global fintech company, is seeking an FX Senior Sales Manager for their Brussels office. This role is a senior leadership position within the Front Office, offering opportunities for career advancement. The Senior Sales Manager will be responsible for leading a sales team, developing their skills, and helping them progress in their careers. They will also be involved in pitching and closing deals with prospective clients, managing customer relationships, and implementing regional sales programs.
- Lead a sales team in developing prospects
- Pitching and closing deals with prospective clients
- Managing the customer relationship for new customers
- Provide accurate forecasting of expected sales volume
- Implement regional sales programs for sales action and training plans
- Ensure adherence to company wide sales methodology and sales administration processes
- Be involved in the recruitment, onboarding and training of new team members
- Track record of sales management within FX or other cross-border financial services
- Financial Services experience - a network would be an advantage
- First-class communication skills
- Demonstrable ability to mentor, coach and develop people
- Skilled negotiator, able to build and leverage relationships at senior levels within SME customers
- Fluent English and native in Dutch and/or French
