Job Description

ília is seeking a SR Analyst Salesforce Marketing Cloud to join their Martech team. This role is responsible for implementing, managing, and optimizing the Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform. The professional will focus on configuring, executing, and optimizing communication strategies, ensuring effective campaign delivery, audience segmentation, and campaign analysis. They will serve as a technical reference for the CRM team and manage the team for planning, monitoring, and market trends.

Responsibilities:

Develop strategic technical solutions to address business challenges and improve operational efficiency.
Manage projects, ensuring prioritization and support in project architecture and technical challenge resolution.
Oversee the segmentation and management of customer lifecycle-focused campaigns.
Utilize SQL as a programming tool.
Serve as a technical leader, contributing to the development and architecture of new implementations and improvements.
Extract and analyze data to generate reports and identify trends.
Optimize, configure, and test CRM strategies using Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
Create and configure dynamic content in Email Studio and Mobile Connect.
Develop and configure automations.
Create data integrations through APIs and structure data models for campaigns and audience segmentation.
Collaborate with marketing, product, developers, and functional areas to understand business requirements.
Identify gaps, anticipate problems, and propose solutions.
Document processes and tools.
