Job Description

ília, a technology, data, and design specialist, is seeking a skilled Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer to join their team. The ideal candidate will have solid experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, with a focus on Personalization (Interaction Studio). The role involves developing and implementing solutions using Marketing Cloud Personalization and Journey Builder, creating personalized and automated experiences for clients. The developer will work with Web Personalization, RTIM, and real-time decision models, as well as create and manage complex journeys with branching logics and advanced integrations.

The role involves:

• Developing and implementing solutions using Marketing Cloud Personalization and Journey Builder
• Working with Web Personalization, RTIM, and real-time decision models
• Creating and managing complex journeys with branching logics and advanced integrations
• Collaborating with marketing, CRM, and product teams
• Conducting training and presentations for the team
• Documenting solutions and supporting the evolution of automated campaigns

Requirements:

• Proven experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, especially with Personalization (Interaction Studio) and Journey Builder
• Knowledge in AMPscript, HTML, JavaScript, and JSON for dynamic personalizations
• Experience in data integration with Data Extensions, APIs, and event triggers in Journey Builder
• Good communication and teaching skills
• Proactive, collaborative spirit and willingness to teach and learn constantly
