Job Description
Astera Labs is seeking a Regional HR professional to manage HR activities across Singapore, Vietnam, Taiwan, and China. This role involves strategic HR support, compliance with labor laws, employee relations, compensation and benefits administration, and recruitment and training. The Regional HR will collaborate with site leadership and employees to promote a positive work environment and align HR operations with company objectives.Key responsibilities include:
  • Maintaining employee records and ensuring compliance.
  • Managing employee database and scheduling requests.
  • Ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  • Maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.
  • Supporting wellness initiatives and promoting a positive site culture.
  • Overseeing compensation and benefits programs.
  • Managing recruitment and onboarding processes.
  • Serving as a point of contact for HR-related issues and resolving conflicts.
  • Tracking and reporting on key HR metrics.
Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in Human Resources, ideally with some experience in a multinational/US organisation.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and other HR-related tools.
