Job Description
Lucid Motors is seeking a Senior Cybersecurity Risk Management Analyst to identify, manage, and respond to cybersecurity risks. The analyst will perform risk assessments, monitor risk treatment activities, and produce reports for leadership. This role involves working with stakeholders to determine risk acceptance, remediation, or mitigation strategies. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of risk management frameworks and excellent communication skills to work with people with different backgrounds.

Role involves:
  • Performing cybersecurity risk assessments.
  • Identifying, monitoring, and responding to cybersecurity risks.
  • Communicating identified risks to stakeholders.
  • Facilitating the development of action plans.
  • Reviewing risk management processes.
  • Providing guidance on risk treatment plans.
  • Monitoring and measuring risk treatment activities.

Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in Cybersecurity and/or IT risk management.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent industry experience.
  • Strong understanding of information security risk management frameworks.
  • Experience performing security risk assessments using industry frameworks (ISO, NIST, etc.).
  • Competency in cybersecurity frameworks including ISO 27001, NIST CSF, NIST 800-53, and PCI.
  • Certified in one or more of the following: CRISC, CISA, CISM, CISSP, SANS GIAC Security Certifications, etc.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
