Job Description
The Financial Times (FT) is seeking an Operations Support Analyst to support back-office, contract fulfillment, and administrative tasks for all B2B customers globally. The ideal candidate will ensure appropriate rights and permissions are granted to customers as stated in their contracts' terms and conditions.Responsibilities include:
- Processing and completing contract fulfillment requests for corporate, education, syndication, agency, and channel clients.
- Ensuring clients' access to the correct systems, content, and tools.
- Maintaining strict operating standards, accurate data management, and client confidentiality.
- Escalating complex issues regarding fulfillment and client access.
- Providing operational and status reports.
- Conducting data and process investigations.
- Delivering ad hoc fulfillment and back-office project requests.
- Communicating and coordinating with internal teams.
- Responding to agency and internal client queries.
- Monitoring and managing cases in the HUB queue.
- Submitting daily and weekly reports.
- Providing assistance on long and short term projects.
