Job Description
The Financial Times (FT) is seeking a Procure to Pay (P2P) Analyst – Travel & Expenses to ensure the timely and accurate processing of employee expense claims. This role supports the end-to-end travel and expense process, including the review, reconciliation, and follow-up of submitted claims and corporate credit card transactions.Responsibilities include:
- Reviewing and validating employee expense reports.
- Ensuring correct assignment and routing of approvers.
- Coordinating with employees to resolve discrepancies.
- Uploading American Express (AmEx) corporate card transactions.
- Reconciling employee credit card transactions.
- Ensuring adherence to internal controls and audit requirements.
- Assisting in implementing process improvements.
- Supporting audits and reporting requirements.
Qualifications include:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy or related financial discipline.
- 1–2 years of relevant work experience in an accounting or finance role.
- Minimum of 1 year audit or compliance experience.
- Strong understanding of Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes.
