iBanFirst is seeking an FX Account Manager to join their team in Sofia. This role offers a unique opportunity for skill development and rapid career progression within an innovative environment. The FX Account Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for clients after their initial onboarding, focusing on portfolio growth through cross-selling and upselling strategies. They will cultivate and maintain long-term client relationships, conduct face-to-face meetings, and collaborate with the Customer Success Management team to enhance client satisfaction.

Role involves:
  • Serving as the main point of contact for clients.
  • Implementing cross-sell and upsell strategies.
  • Building and maintaining long-term client relationships.
  • Meeting clients in person.
  • Collaborating with the Customer Success Management team.
  • Optimizing international payments and FX exposure strategies.
  • Analyzing companies' currency risk management.
  • Supporting companies on currency issues.
  • Helping clients understand and use platform features.
  • Addressing clients' daily needs.
  • Collecting and sharing customer feedback.

Requirements:
  • Very good knowledge of FX.
  • Prior experience in a customer-facing position.
  • Customer-oriented approach.
  • Good communication skills (spoken and written).
  • Attention to detail.
  • Excellent command of the English language.
  • Team player.
