Software Engineer, Gemini

Google DeepMind is seeking a Software Engineer for the Gemini Global team in Bangalore. This role involves bringing AI technology to users and pushing boundaries in a scalable manner across 46+ languages. The Software Engineer will work closely with SWE and Research teams to integrate cutting-edge technologies into mainstream products like the Gemini App. They will thrive in ambiguity, identify problems, and develop innovative solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Build innovative features for target users.
• Lead full-stack implementation.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 5 years of software development experience.
• 3 years of full-stack development experience.
• 3 years of experience testing, maintaining, or launching software products.
• 1 year of experience with software design and architecture.
• Experience with Java, Python, GO, or C++ codebases.
• Front-end experience including JavaScript or TypeScript, HTML, CSS, etc.
