Job Description
Lucid Motors is seeking a Senior Cybersecurity Risk Management Analyst to contribute to identifying, managing, and responding to cybersecurity risks. This role involves managing risks within a defined risk tolerance, performing cybersecurity risk assessments, monitoring risk treatment activities, and producing updated metrics and reports for leadership. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of risk management frameworks and processes, and the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
Role involves:
  • Performing cybersecurity risk assessments.
  • Assisting in identifying, monitoring, reporting, and responding to cybersecurity risks.
  • Communicating identified risks to stakeholders.
  • Facilitating the development of action plans to manage risk.
  • Reviewing risk management processes.
  • Providing guidance to stakeholders in the development and implementation of risk treatment plans.
  • Monitoring and measuring risk treatment activities.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in Cybersecurity and/or IT risk management.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent industry experience.
  • Strong understanding of information security risk management and risk assessment frameworks.
  • Experience performing security risk assessments utilizing industry frameworks (ISO, NIST, etc.).
  • Competency in cybersecurity frameworks including ISO 27001, NIST CSF, NIST 800-53, and PCI.
  • Certification in one or more of the following: CRISC, CISA, CISM, CISSP, SANS GIAC.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively.
