Job Description
Ping Identity is seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer to maintain its cloud-based services. The Senior DevOps Engineer will take ownership of operational maintenance, manage customer environments, fulfill service requests, onboard new customers, and upgrade existing environments. They will report to the PingOne Advanced Services Software Development Manager.

Role involves:
  • Managing customer environments and ensuring their uptime, performance, and security.
  • Fulfilling service requests related to customer environments.
  • Onboarding new customers by setting up their environments.
  • Upgrading and auditing existing customer environments.
  • Monitoring the environment for issues and troubleshooting.
  • Collaborating with the development team to deploy new releases.
  • Documenting all procedures and maintaining an up-to-date knowledge base.

Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in scalable, distributed systems architecture.
  • 2+ years of experience with Cloud Platforms including AWS or GCP.
  • 1+ years experience in working with Terraform.
  • 2+ years experience with containerization technologies, including Docker.
  • 1+ years experience with orchestration technologies, including Kubernetes.
  • Experience maintaining and troubleshooting automated service deployments.
  • Basic understanding of best practices for deployment automation.
  • Experience using Git in a team environment.
