Job Description
The Quality Group (TQG) is seeking a Manager S&OP (Sales & Operations Planning) – B2B to coordinate B2B actions and serve as the interface between the Key Account Team and production. The ideal candidate will bring experience in project management and a passion for driving the ESN & More Nutrition brands forward.He/she will coordinate the planning of upcoming sales campaigns with the B2B Key Account Team and the production department to ensure optimal product availability. He/she will prepare well-founded forecast evaluations, sales and inventory analyses, and decision templates. He/she will participate in cross-functional planning and optimization projects, from the further development of forecast methods to the automation of relevant processes.
Responsibilities: - Coordinating planning of sales actions
- Preparing forecast evaluations and analyses
- Participating in planning and optimization projects
Requirements: - Experience in Sales & Operations Planning, Forecasting, Supply Chain, or Demand Planning
- Strong Excel skills
- Analytical mindset
- Strong communication skills
- Willingness to be present regularly at the HQ in Hamburg
