Senior Engineering Manager, SEO and Provider Showcase

Job Description

Grow Therapy is seeking a Senior Engineering Manager to lead its SEO & Provider Showcase teams. This role involves leading two full-stack web squads focused on driving discoverability and acquisition through technical SEO and optimizing provider profile pages and marketplace listings. The Senior Engineering Manager will report to the VP of Engineering and collaborate with Product, Design, Marketing, and Data teams.

Responsibilities:

• Setting the architectural vision for growth web surfaces.
• Championing SEO best practices.
• Hiring, mentoring, and inspiring a team of full-stack engineers.
• Partnering with Growth and Data Science to design and analyze experiments.
• Aligning with Product, Design, and Business Operations on strategy and priorities.
• Owning a 12- to 24-month roadmap.

Requirements:

• 8+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• 5+ years leading teams, with 2+ years focused on growth, SEO, or performance marketing.
• Experience managing full-stack web engineers using React/Next.js, Python, GraphQL, Postgres, Redis, etc.
• Track record of shipping high-impact growth or SEO projects.
• Experience with Agile environments.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent.
