Job Description
Grow Therapy is seeking a Credits Lead to manage healthcare claim overpayments, focusing on accuracy, compliance, and resolving financial discrepancies. This role involves establishing the Commercial and Government Overpayments vertical and collaborating with the RCM Team. The Credits Lead will report to the Insurance Operations Department.
Responsibilities:
- Own multiple RCM operational functions and drive performance based on key KPIs.
- Develop and execute strategies to improve KPIs.
- Perform root cause analysis and develop recommendations to resolve operational performance issues.
- Own organizational design, develop a hiring plan, and determine critical roles.
- Lead special projects to improve processes and team outcomes.
- Work cross-functionally to validate overpayments strategy and design new workflows.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience directly working on overpayments for a Healthcare Organization.
- Experience with Revenue Cycle Management, preferably in behavioral healthcare.
- Deep understanding of KPIs and ability to improve performance.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Agility in a fast-paced environment.
- Collaborative team player.
