Job Description

MiQ is seeking an Associate Programmatic Trader to join their growing trading team. The role is based in New York City and involves working collaboratively with sales, account management, product, and analytics teams on campaigns for well-known brands.MiQ values passion, determination, unity, agility, and courage in its employees.Responsibilities:

• Managing a portfolio of clients and ensuring optimal campaign performance and pacing.
• Setting up campaigns for success from day one.
• Analyzing complex data sets to make informed decisions and achieve client goals.
• Troubleshooting campaign challenges.
• Implementing campaign optimizations within Demand Side Platforms (DSPs).
• Working across multiple technology platforms, including DSPs, internal BI, ad servers, and attribution tools.
• Providing client reporting and optimization commentary.
• Delivering and forecasting incremental results.
• Providing avails, pricing, and strategy recommendations for new campaigns.
• Partnering with the trading team to enhance internal tools and processes.
• Testing new trading products to drive future enhancements.
• Building relationships with sales and account management teams.
• Working with other commercial teams to deliver custom client solutions.
• Explaining strategy and optimizations to internal and external partners.
• Articulating how MiQ's trading technology and expertise differentiate the company.
• Using MiQ’s proprietary technology to create bespoke campaign setups & custom algorithms.
