Cabify is seeking a Media Operations & Inventory Manager to join their B2B Media team in Madrid. This individual will be responsible for leading the operational execution of advertising campaigns, collaborating with internal teams and external providers to ensure efficiency and quality. The role is crucial for the sustainable growth of the media unit.Cabify is looking for someone with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as experience in ad operations, media planning, or campaign execution. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and have a strategic mindset.
Role Involves: - Leading the operational execution of campaigns from start to finish.
- Acting as a liaison between sales, data, finance, product, and technology teams.
- Implementing scalable processes to maximize efficiency and quality control.
- Designing and optimizing post-sales processes to ensure SLA compliance.
- Supervising and optimizing the use of in-app and in-car inventory.
- Negotiating and coordinating operational agreements with third parties.
- Collaborating on the technical development of advertising formats.
- Proposing continuous improvements to tools, processes, and operational capabilities.
Requirements: - +4 years in AdOps, media planning, revenue ops, or campaign execution roles.
- Experience in multi-channel campaigns and coordination of teams and providers.
- Familiarity with AdTech technologies, analytical tools, and CRM.
- Knowledge of SQL is a plus.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Proactive, strategic vision, and attention to detail.
