Media Sales & Operations Specialist

Job Description

Cabify is seeking a highly motivated and versatile Media Sales & Operations Specialist to join their Cabify Media division in Madrid. Cabify's Media division helps advertisers reach urban audiences by combining digital formats within the app with physical supports, creating multichannel campaigns that integrate technology, data, and creativity. The ideal candidate will be analytical, impact-oriented, and passionate about transforming the urban advertising ecosystem.

Role Involves:

• Leading the complete sales cycle with SMB clients, from negotiation to closure.
• Planning, launching, and managing digital (in-app) and physical (in-car) advertising campaigns.
• Monitoring campaign performance, generating reports, and providing insights.
• Documenting and optimizing operational processes, collaborating with product, data, and marketing teams.

Requirements:

• Experience in media sales and/or advertising operations.
• Knowledge of platforms like Google Ad Manager, DV360, The Trade Desk.
• Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and visualization tools (Tableau, Looker, etc.).
• Autonomous, analytical, and results-oriented profile.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Plus: Experience in retail media or Adtech project management.
• Availability for occasional travel.
