Job Description
Cabify is seeking a LiveOps Associate to support its logistics operations in Buenos Aires, Argentina. This role involves monitoring and supporting drivers, managing incidents, identifying process deviations, and coordinating communication between dispatch, drivers, and recipients. The ideal candidate will be proactive, resourceful, and eager to drive change.

Role involves:
- Monitoring and supporting drivers in distribution.
- Managing incidents with the assigned fleet.
- Identifying deviations in delivery processes.
- Coordinating communication between dispatch, driver, and recipient.
- Monitoring protocol compliance within the fleet.
- Addressing operational needs of accounts.
- Detecting opportunities for service improvement.
- Analyzing daily operations.
- Ensuring quality customer service.
- Minimum 6 months of experience in operations, preferably in technology, food delivery, or last-mile logistics.
- Proactive, problem-solving, and autonomous profile.
- Proficiency in analytical tools like Microsoft Excel (Zendesk, Tableau is a plus).
- Availability to work Tuesday to Saturday from 3 PM to 12 AM.
