Job Description
Cabify is seeking a Customer Support Associate to join their Customer Operations team in Madrid. This role is crucial in ensuring a superior user experience through efficient and empathetic support across various channels. The ideal candidate will be committed, resourceful, and possess a strong dedication to service.

Responsibilities:
  • Managing support channels (inbound, outbound, backoffice) while meeting SLAs and KPIs.
  • Providing proactive and empathetic support to users, drivers, and corporate clients.
  • Applying internal protocols, policies, and procedures accurately.
  • Ensuring compliance with data protection laws and fraud prevention policies.
  • Monitoring and reporting technical issues, proposing solutions and contingency plans.
  • Supporting the management of special cases, including complaints and claims.
  • Staying updated on product, service, and process changes.
  • Participating in training and continuous improvement activities.
  • Contributing to operational campaigns and business initiatives.


Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service or claims management.
  • University degree in Administration, Business, Communications, or related fields.
  • Excellent service attitude and clear communication skills.
  • Proficiency in tools like Zendesk, Talkdesk, or similar platforms.
  • Intermediate level in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
  • Self-sufficient and results-oriented profile.
