Cabify is seeking a Global Talent Acquisition Analyst to join their People team in Madrid. This role involves enhancing urban living by improving mobility and connecting passengers and drivers. The analyst will play a crucial role in identifying and attracting top talent to the company.
Responsibilities:
Proactively source and identify talent through various channels.
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial contact to onboarding.
Collaborate with Hiring Managers to understand needs and develop effective strategies.
Improve recruitment processes by introducing new tools and techniques.
Promote the employer brand through participation in events and university talks.
Utilize data and analytics to track metrics and inform decisions.
Lead projects related to talent acquisition, such as diversity hiring initiatives.
Requirements:
Proven experience in recruiting for various business roles, preferably in a fast-paced tech environment.
Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Greenhouse, or Lever.
Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze recruitment metrics.
Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or a related field.
