Zinnia is seeking an Associate I, Carrier Solutions - Life Insurance to join their team in Alpharetta, GA. This role is focused on providing high-quality, personalized support to clients and field representatives by resolving complex servicing issues and managing a wide range of contract-related transactions. The ideal candidate will have a deep knowledge of life insurance products and practices.
The role involves:
- Handling inbound and outbound calls to provide expert-level support on life insurance contracts.
- Processing contract-level service requests, including applications, billing, and policy changes.
- Researching and resolving complex account or transaction issues.
- Building trust with clients through consistent support.
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure service consistency.
- Maintaining regulatory excellence and staying current on product features.
Requirements:
- High school diploma required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in the life insurance industry.
- Prior customer service or call center experience.
- Solid understanding of life insurance products and regulations.
- Strong communication skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.
- Proven track record of reliability and collaboration.
