Job Description
GumGum is seeking an Account Manager to join its Customer Success and Operations department in Tokyo, Japan. The Account Manager will work directly with advertising agency partners to execute campaigns and meet client targets. They will support the sales team, ensuring all aspects of the campaign cycle perform to client expectations, while updating, educating, and building relationships with agency partners.
Role involves:
- Implementing and executing advertising campaigns on GumGum’s platform.
- Providing customer service to clients.
- Cultivating relationships with agency contacts.
- Coordinating with clients and internal teams.
- Sharing campaign performance reports and insights.
- Identifying upweight opportunities.
- Collaborating with the Sales team on media plans and strategies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Advertising, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Experience in digital media (Account Management, Ad Operations, Media Planning, or Customer Service preferred).
- Knowledge of the Ad Tech industry and digital advertising trends.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office or GSuite.
- Familiarity with Doubleclick, Sizmek, MOAT, Integral Ad Science, DoubleVerify, Salesforce, and JIRA.
- Understanding of programmatic advertising concepts.
