Job Description
Tide is seeking a Member Success Executive (Tele-Sales) to nurture member relationships and drive account activations. The role involves engaging with existing members, understanding their businesses, and upselling relevant products. The executive will collaborate with other departments, source leads, and provide support to members during the setup process.
Responsibilities:
- Nurturing member relationships post-sale.
- Achieving targets related to Tide account activations.
- Engaging with existing members through calls.
- Upselling relevant products or services.
- Collaborating cross-functionally with other departments.
- Sourcing leads independently.
- Coaching members through the setup process.
Requirements:
- 1-3 years’ experience in tele-sales roles.
- Experience in the FinTech or digital banking sector is preferred.
- Excellent written and spoken English and Hindi language skills.
- Previous customer service or tele-sales experience.
- Knowledge of compliance, KYC, AML, and associated regulations.
