Job Description
The Gerente de Negócios Veículos role at C6 Bank involves maintaining client satisfaction within their assigned region, managing products and services, and defining sales strategies. The ideal candidate will be commercially minded, organized, open to new ideas, and a team player.
Responsibilities include:
- Evaluating sales reports, metrics, and performance indices to identify opportunities and propose improvements.
- Analyzing market trends, developing sales programs, and monitoring competitor activities to achieve institutional goals and increase profitability.
- Managing their portfolio.
- Promoting best practices and upholding the institution's culture to deliver quality results.
Requirements:
- Experience in retail sales.
- Driver's license (Category B).
- Completed graduation.
- Availability to work in the East Zone of São Paulo.
- Previous experience in Auto Shopping (a plus).
- Experience as F&I (a plus).
