Job Description

Capgemini Invent is seeking a Kommunikationsdesigner (m/w/d) to join their Graphic Team. This role involves supporting and advising consultants with graphic expertise in creating visual content for projects. The designer will create various communication materials for print, web, social media, and events. They will also develop new applications and templates for the corporate design, including graphics, layouts, illustrations, video clips, and print materials.

Role involves:

• Supporting consultants with graphic expertise
• Creating visual content for projects
• Designing communication materials for print, web, social media, and events
• Developing new applications and templates for corporate design

Requirements:

• A degree in graphic design, media design, communication design, or a comparable qualification
• Several years of project experience as a designer in agencies or industrial companies
• Excellent knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud, especially Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign, After Effects/Videoediting
• Strong conceptual skills, creativity, commitment, and teamwork skills
• Ability to present complex issues in a creative and concise manner
• Structured working style and experience in dealing with non-design reference groups
• High reliability, team spirit, and fit for a leading global consulting firm
• Excellent German and English skills in spoken and written
