Diligent, the AI leader in governance, risk and compliance (GRC) SaaS solutions, is seeking a Senior Partner Sales Manager. This role is responsible for driving the sell-through strategy, relationship, and Go-To-Market (GTM) aspects for Sales at Diligent through partners. The Senior Partner Sales Manager will collaborate cross-departmentally to ensure that customers are enabled and supported. With a focus on finding new business, the role involves seeking out opportunities to grow revenues by managing existing partners and recruiting new ones in the assigned territory, with a prime responsibility for hunting new partners in the Middle East.
Role involves:
Identifying, recruiting, and onboarding new partners within the assigned territory.
Selling through partner organizations to end-users in coordination with the partner.
Building, maintaining, and managing relationships with current and prospective partners.
Coordinating operational and business activities with assigned partners.
Managing direct/partner conflict by fostering excellent communication.
Developing sales strategies and negotiating with partners.
Monitoring activity through Salesforce, keeping an eye on key performance indicators.
Requirements:
10+ years of experience as a Partner/Channel Manager selling SaaS products.
Excellent communication and influencing skills.
Strong work ethic and ability to build efficient processes.
Strong sales acumen and track record of attaining quota.
