Job Description
NeuraFlash is seeking an AWS Account Executive to drive business growth and innovation. The Account Executive will partner with AWS sales and customer success teams, identify new business opportunities, and demonstrate how NeuraFlash's solutions can address client pain points. This role requires a problem solver who can exceed sales quotas and contribute to the company's high-growth targets.Role involves:
  • Partnering with AWS sales and customer success organizations.
  • Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
  • Managing and closing complex sales cycles.
  • Presenting NeuraFlash solutions to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Exceeding sales quotas and contributing to company growth.
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of experience in software sales, preferably within the Amazon Connect space.
  • 3+ years of experience managing and closing multiple complex sales cycles simultaneously.
  • Industry knowledge and a strong network with channel partners (AWS).
  • Experience selling innovative solutions to new customers and upselling to existing customers.
  • Ability to present professionally to stakeholders.
  • Consistent track record of exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to travel up to 25% of the time.
  • B.A./B.S Degree or equivalent experience
