Job Description
NeuraFlash is seeking a skilled Salesforce Sr. Developer to contribute to their innovative AI solutions. The Sr. Developer will collaborate with customers to understand their business needs, design solutions, and implement Salesforce projects. They will also contribute to internal product development, building major components of the company's solutions. NeuraFlash is recognized as a leader in AI, Amazon, and Salesforce innovation, particularly with Agentforce.
Role involves:
- Working directly with customers to define requirements and deliver solutions.
- Architecting solutions and developing in Visualforce, Apex, Lightning Components, JavaScript, and AJAX.
- Leading technical design sessions with customers and project teams.
- Acquiring new technical expertise and understanding of Salesforce features.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of project experience in a hands-on technical position.
- 3+ years of experience with Salesforce development or configuration.
- BS in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience with Salesforce project deployments, including integrations and code development.
- Experience implementing new Service Cloud, TableauCRM, and Experience Cloud deployments (a plus).
- Professional experience owning the end-to-end Software/Systems Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
- Solid understanding of Salesforce Platform and its architecture.
- Working experience in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, JavaScript.
- Experience with Web Services Concepts like REST, SOAP, JSON and XML.
- Strong team player with great communication skills.
