Behavox is seeking a Marketing Events Manager to contribute to a passionate community of visionary professionals. The Events Marketing Manager will be responsible for creating, planning, and executing events on a global scale. This role reports to the Head of Marketing Programs (Events) and offers a green-field opportunity to make a significant impact.
What This Role Involves:
- Researching, evaluating, and engaging with appropriate events to drive the business forward.
- Creating and growing company-owned events that engage prospective client organizations.
- Communicating with different departments to properly execute events.
Requirements:
- A deep and genuine interest in Behavox.
- The ability to confidently, independently, and proactively make business decisions in high-pressure situations.
- Experience in negotiating event and vendor contracts.
- Knowledge of how to 'make things work' through teams, tools, and systems.
- Knowledge of how Events Marketing integrates and serves the greater marketing plan/function.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities independently and simultaneously.
- Willingness to travel when necessary.
- Flexibility to work long days, weekends, and trips.
- Ability to learn quickly and adjust to meet business needs.
- Attention to detail.
