Anthropic is seeking a Global Impact Lead to drive the creation of transformative applications of Claude, Anthropic's AI system, to address critical global challenges. This role involves bridging technical AI capabilities with deep domain expertise in international development, global health, and humanitarian response. The Global Impact Lead will spearhead the development of high-leverage projects that use Claude to create measurable, large-scale benefits in underserved regions and communities worldwide. This is a critical role in fulfilling Anthropic's mission as a public benefit corporation.Role involves:

• Identifying, designing, and launching ambitious projects.
• Leading the end-to-end development of Claude-powered applications.
• Assembling and leading cross-functional teams.
• Advising Anthropic leadership on international development strategy.
• Developing rigorous impact measurement frameworks.
• Building and managing strategic partnerships.
• Representing Anthropic at international forums.
• Staying current on global development trends.

Requirements:

• 15+ years of leadership experience in international development, global health, or related fields.
• Proven track record of designing, launching, and scaling programs with measurable impact.
• Deep understanding of international development challenges.
• Excellent communication skills with diverse stakeholders.
• Strong strategic mindset and ability to translate vision into action plans.
• Results-oriented approach with sensitivity to local contexts.
• Passion for using technology to solve global challenges.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
