Job Description
Anthropic is seeking a GSI Alliances Lead to build and manage strategic partnerships with Global System Integrators (GSIs). This role will focus on accelerating the adoption of Anthropic's AI capabilities in enterprise markets. The GSI Alliance Manager will work to integrate Claude into partner solution portfolios and joint go-to-market strategies. This position is crucial for extending Anthropic's reach through the GSI ecosystem, enabling the company to serve enterprise customers at scale while maintaining a commitment to responsible AI development.
Responsibilities include:
- Developing and executing business plans with GSI partners.
- Building and maintaining executive-level relationships within GSI organizations.
- Negotiating partnership agreements.
- Collaborating with GSI partners to identify and close enterprise opportunities.
- Driving joint sales activities.
- Supporting GSI field teams in positioning Claude.
- Tracking pipeline development and reporting on partnership performance.
- Leading enablement programs and coordinating with internal teams.
- Designing and executing joint marketing campaigns.
The ideal candidate should have:
- 8+ years of experience in strategic alliances, partnership management, or business development.
- Proven track record managing relationships with Global System Integrators and Consulting Firms.
- Experience working with Cloud partners to accelerate engagements with GSIs.
- Experience driving measurable revenue growth through indirect channels and partner ecosystems.
- Strong understanding of enterprise sales cycles and technology landscapes.
- Familiarity with AI/ML technologies.
- Exceptional executive presence and communication skills.
