Job Description
Anthropic is seeking a Partner Development Manager to join their team. This role is crucial for identifying, recruiting, supporting, and nurturing Systems Integrator (SI) Partners to drive growth and support Anthropic's customers. The Partner Development Manager will report to the Head of Alliances and will be responsible for a portfolio of assigned Partners, preparing and growing them into top performers through scalable support programs, training, and relationship building.
Responsibilities: - Work with cross-functional teams to improve partner program maturity.
- Design and implement operational frameworks for partner program tiers.
- Support partner enablement through sales trainings and certifications.
- Create and maintain partner pipeline tracking systems.
- Support deal registration workflows and approval processes.
- Design and improve partner onboarding experiences.
- Conduct regular reviews of partner performance data.
- Oversee end-to-end partner lifecycle processes.
- Work closely with channel managers, enablement, marketing, legal, finance, and product teams.
- Co-lead joint marketing strategy.
- Ensure key partners offerings and value is well understood.
- Own partner follow-ups, newsletters, CRM documentation, and sales feedback.
Requirements: - 5+ years of experience in Channel Management, Partner Development, or related operational roles.
- 3+ years of experience owning and developing relationships with Systems Integrators in the AMER region.
- Proven track record of building successful partnerships.
- Strong expertise with Salesforce administration and customization.
- Demonstrated experience building and directing partner program operations.
- Experience in data analysis tools and reporting platforms.
- Experience with marketing automation platforms.
- Strong project management abilities.
- Analytical mindset with ability to derive actionable insights from complex datasets.
