Job Description
Zscaler, a leading cloud security company, is seeking a Senior Staff Security Researcher to join their Engineering team. This role involves investigating product vulnerabilities, conducting research into attack vectors, and collaborating with various teams for incident resolution. The researcher will also monitor systems for alerts and maintain incident reports.
Responsibilities:
- Investigating product vulnerabilities and security incidents
- Conducting research into attack vectors and malware
- Collaborating with engineering, development teams, and legal stakeholders
- Monitoring systems for alerts and analyzing threats
Requirements:
- 7+ years of cybersecurity experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or Information Systems
- Proficiency in security principles and secure coding practices
- Experience managing security incidents
- Experience with SIEMs, vulnerability scanners, and scripting tools
