Job Description
VTS is looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join their Access and Visitor Management team in New York. The candidate will contribute innovative ideas and tools to support major initiatives and collaborate with a highly professional team to ensure timely product delivery and maintain elevated development practices and standards. This role requires working from the New York office four days a week.

The role involves:
  • Building robust and scalable solutions.
  • Developing complex applications, distributed systems, and microservices.
  • Designing system architectures.
  • Enhancing development processes, tools, and technologies.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Contributing to continuous improvement of product and skills.

The candidate should have:
  • Full stack development experience.
  • Hands-on experience with AWS and familiarity with Kubernetes and AI-powered development tools.
  • Strong understanding of databases, system architecture, and the application of system design and OOP principles.
  • Ability to write clean, maintainable code with attention to quality.
  • Proven mentorship skills and a collaborative approach.
