Job Description
Lucid Motors is seeking a Senior Cybersecurity Risk Management Analyst to help manage and respond to cybersecurity risks. The candidate will be responsible for performing cybersecurity risk assessments, monitoring risk treatment activities, and producing updated metrics and reports for leadership.
Role involves:
- Performing cybersecurity risk assessments.
- Identifying, monitoring, and reporting cybersecurity risks.
- Developing action plans to manage risks.
- Communicating identified risks to stakeholders.
- Reviewing risk management processes.
- Defining acceptable risk tolerance levels.
- Providing guidance in the development and implementation of risk treatment plans.
- Monitoring and measuring risk treatment activities.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in Cybersecurity and/or IT risk management.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent industry experience.
- Strong understanding of information security risk management and risk assessment frameworks.
- Experience performing security risk assessments utilizing established industry frameworks (ISO, NIST, etc.).
- Competency in cybersecurity frameworks including ISO 27001, NIST CSF, NIST 800-53, and PCI.
- Certified in one or more of the following: CRISC, CISA, CISM, CISSP, SANS GIAC Security Certifications, etc.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
