Engineer - Platform - Communications

Job Description

Culture Amp is seeking an Engineer to join their Team Communications in Melbourne. This role involves technical conversations, providing suggestions, making decisions, and collaborating with engineers and stakeholders. • Building, maintaining, and enhancing services following industry best practices.
• Working with product teams, the architect team, design teams, and end users to understand their needs.
• Collaborating with other engineers through pair programming and code reviews.
• Sharing knowledge and providing support to team members.

Requirements:

• Solid experience in writing efficient programs using Golang, Ruby, Kotlin, or other languages.
• AWS experience, CDK and CI/CD skills.
• Familiarity with Kafka.
• Curiosity and interest to learn new technologies.
• Proactive and clear communicator.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Team player.
